Hi David: There are only 8 all access passes (4-day) left at $100 each. Doesn’t look like day passes are being sold. I’ve attached the schedule of workshops. The workshops sound great…Ellen has a game Friday night…the only days we could attend would be Saturday and Sunday. There is a music performance Saturday night along with a lifetime achievement awards ceremony/keynote lecture that I think would be worthwhile to attend ($5/free)…a good start for this year. So, I’m going to suggest that you keep your plans for Maine…Ellen and I can go check out the whole thing at the Saturday night event…meet some people…pick up information and she can hear about the work of Dr. Merle Greene Robertson, who is receiving the award. Your thoughts? Jen

David: So what’s next? A phone call? A walk around Lake Baldwin. Are you available tomorrow evening? Ellen is at Band practice from 5:30-8:30 pm…I could talk or walk, or talk and walk, or just walk then. You? Jen

Dissolved. The Injunction has been dissolved by the judge, by me and by you. I only was given one copy…should I drop off a copy at Mike Morris’ office? Jen

D: Fruit and the yard…yard and the fruit. I won’t be able to get to the yard until the weekend, so the yard would be the place to start…sorting fruit…then cutting as needed. Thanks. Jen

David: I submitted the paperwork for Dismissal of the Injunction on my way home from work today. I dropped a copy of the paperwork off at Mike Morris’ office (through the slot). Immediately after I did that I remembered that you asked about paperwork and wanted some notice…I’m sorry that I thought of your request too late. I’m sure you’ll want to call Mike Morris in the morning. Because it was a temporary Injunction the judge could review and decide as early as tomorrow…I was told to call back at around 5:30 pm to find out. I will let you know. At one point, I remember that you mentioned that even with the Injunction lifted we still could not have other contact until you finished BIP…is that correct? Jen

D: I’d also like to ask you to remind me of what guidelines you need to continue to comply with as you complete BIP? I’m asking because I want to be sure not to infringe on anything that would prevent you from completing the class successfully. Have you seen Joyce to ask her about the “official” date of your last BIP class? Would you share with me what flower emotions you feel as you think about that last day of class? J

Dismissal of the Injunction: David, I would like to agree to a No Hostile Injunction between us. This would not be court ordered; however, it would follow the basic guidelines of a court ordered No Hostile Injunction, which are fairly straightforward and simple:
- Be able to meet and/or see each other in public places
- Blog contact could continue along with phone and/email
- Continue with Monday-Friday (8 am – 1 pm) access to the house, with any additional access pre-arranged and agreed upon
- Visits with Ellen to continue every Saturday, same time (10-Noon) at your parent’s home with one of your folks, or a family member or friend there. I will drop her off and pick her up.
- Be able to meet for counseling sessions
Along the way – between you, Ellen and I – anything else can be added, agreed to, or changed, spur of the moment or with pre-planning.
So that’s it.
Judge Jenny
PS: I did talk with Ellen tonight about this and she is amiable. Please talk with your folks about it. I can submit the formal paperwork to proceed with the dismissal of the Injunction on Monday. It will take 3-5 days.

D: I did make it to the courthouse…submitted the motion for permission for you to attend the marching band performance/football game on Friday, the 18th. I dropped a copy off at Mike Morris’ office…the Injunction office said to call back Friday. I also went to talk to Harbor House and will post more about that either late tonight or tomorrow…right now Elle and I are going to have dinner and watch the old movie “Contact” with Jodie Foster. J

David: We went to Interlachen Peds this afternoon…saw Dr. VanWort, who I knew we would be seeing…Dr. Holson is off on an adventure in Turkey for the month! So, we checked the records from the physical the last time we were there – Ellen’s red blood count was 11.5 – normal range is 12-? she is on the low side (like me). We talked about how Ellen felt…does she fall asleep in class: “No”…joint pain: “No”…Tired when she wakes up: “Yes, and lasts throughout the day.” Tests ordered are: Urinanalysis – which of course Ellen handled in the office; CBC, TSH and T4, and a Sed Rate. I asked about the Sed Rate and she said it will check for any internal organ inflammation (one patient she knew of had colitis and was losing blood through her stool which was making her tired). I said no to the Sed Rate…it wound up on the orders anyway and the phlebotomist drew for it. Will have all the results in a few days. The one gold nugget of information that was worth the visit is: Iron needs to be taken with something acidic like orange juice to be absorbed. The doctor suggested taking it at night when no other food will be on the stomach so that’s what we will start to do, alternating with the multi-vitamin.
