D: Fruit and the yard…yard and the fruit. I won’t be able to get to the yard until the weekend, so the yard would be the place to start…sorting fruit…then cutting as needed. Thanks. Jen

Dismissal

David: I submitted the paperwork for Dismissal of the Injunction on my way home from work today. I dropped a copy of the paperwork off at Mike Morris’ office (through the slot). Immediately after I did that I remembered that you asked about paperwork and wanted some notice…I’m sorry that I thought of your request too late. I’m sure you’ll want to call Mike Morris in the morning. Because it was a temporary Injunction the judge could review and decide as early as tomorrow…I was told to call back at around 5:30 pm to find out. I will let you know. At one point, I remember that you mentioned that even with the Injunction lifted we still could not have other contact until you finished BIP…is that correct? Jen

Week 24

Jennifer:

I checked with Carmen, the clerk at No Abuse, and their records have me at week twenty-four. So, there are only two more weeks of class. My last class then will be the twenty eighth of this month. Today I also asked Joyce about marital counseling. She said her procedure works like this: BIP ends, you call her to arrange for an individual session, at the session she determines if you really want marital counseling and if you feel physically and emotionally safe. I have reservations about Joyce. So, I made a point of asking Mary Jane for an alternative when I called her today. She, as I’ve said earlier, feels the work she’s done with me might remove her objectivity, and it would be best for us to see someone new to us both. Her associate, Patricia Reyenga, is someone she recommends. Patricia can be reached at the Serenity office, 321-441-3720, or on her cell, 407-592-8503. You may call her at any time. Nevertheless, she may tell you, as Joyce told me, that she would prefer to wait for the BIP to end before having an initial individual session with you.

Today in BIP we watched Woman Thou Art Loosed. Our assignment is to write a reaction.

I was not at the house long today – I arrived late and class ran over. I did the dishes. I was not able to sort the fruit. I picked up the license plate cover – Ellen told me she’d gotten one for me, and I assumed the one on the table was mine. I checked the nest log of flight one and found three eggs – they should begin to hatch by Monday the 28th. It doesn’t look like anyone got to the lawn – it needs to be cut right away – it was too long last I cut it. There’s a pineapple growing next to the avocado. Let me know if there is anything in particular you would like me to attend to at the house this week.

Jen, I do object to the postion you are taking on custody of Ellen. To acquiesce to your 100% custody sets a precident that will not be acceptable in the future. I don’t know what I can or will do about it. Nevertheless, I do want to make it very clear that I do object and will do whatever I have a right to do.

Well, I’m off now for a swim with Dr. Camm.
