running, running

Ellen, most eloquent good rummy sport –

I don’t remember at all what happens to Montag, running for his life. But I do know a few things I don’t want to forget. First, math papers! Get them out of the bag. Organize them by date. Present them to your mother. Get to the bottom of the Math Grade Mystery!

Inventions! Good luck with that. I still say Velcro. Though I did read just the other day in Discovery Magazine that there is a new gadget coming that is supposed to help make thin even thinner. I can’t find the article online for you but it was about a not so new technology given a new use. You know the deoderizer over the frig? It charges molecules and atoms and they grab hold of odors and … well, that’s that. Anyway, this new use for the ionizer is as a ‘fan’ in a laptop. The charged particles apparently move! So, at one end of the gadget, passing molecules and atoms are given a positive charge. At the other end is a negatively charged electrode. Guess where the positively charged particles go. Right. Toward the negatively charged electrode. And that creates an airflow. To cool laptops. Cellphones. Nintendo. You name it. It is the next great invention in a world that loves thin small toys. If you want me to dig it up for you, let me know.

You did a great review of the Archeology article. I read the same one. So, I can say with authority – you had it down. Good for you.

Regarding Charlie Bartlett. You may want to check with your mom. It’s rated R. That means, at the very least, it is going to be off color.

Here’s a Charlie of a different sort.

Bullet for my Valentine? I don’t know. I guess Cupid has his arrows, right?

Well, Michael and Rachel are here for Pizza Night. Michael just lost a tooth eating hard sticky candy. That was exciting. Uncle Dave to the rescue.

Another great visit with you. Ellen. Thanks for that. Think about archery talk for el fin de semana que viene.

Hasta la proxima,

Dad

Hey, Ellen, you told me about playing piano at mattie’s gramma’s. Did you put that in GarageBand? I mean, so I can here it.
