Miscellany

We wrote a letter to Gary Bonner a couple of years ago. It is either on the harddrive or in an email. Can you find it for me and upload it.
Today, en route to pick up fruit, I drove by a stack of jalousy window panels. They are 34 inches in length. Would you check the windows and see if we need any that length or shorter.

The Motion for Clarification is in. I delivered a copy to Megan Malic’s office. She is a judicial assistant, a lawyer working with the judge. Her office is in the Family Law section of the courthouse, the same place as Family Ties. A little spooky.
Jen:
Here is the order that was in the mail. I can’t explain what the court means when it says the Brief is due the 20th. It was due the 17th. Now, per this order, the Brief will be due “within five days of the date of service” which means add ten days to the date signed, or the 29th. I think I’ll take our motion to the clerk today. But I’m not hopeful. The Mazer case is what I mean. In that case the Circuit court made the mistake they will make here – they will disregard the issue and force the litigant to keep up the fight.
Are you willing to do that? Take it to the District Court in Daytona?
David
Okey Doke. So, tell me, how did I spend our marriage isolating you? Homework this week is isolation on the Power and Control wheel. Please don’t mention the handcuffs, chains, basement dungeon, etc. I mean, you can, if you want. But things like Katherine Gamber, Lisa Nordstrom, Elizabeth, or anything you find in that section of the power and control pie. You can even mention this isolating comment, if you want. And then you can tell me about the therapy you’ve had this, or last, week, or you can tell me when you last really sat down and talked about what you’re doing with anyone. You can share, in other words, something more than the ‘To Do’s’.
David: Ken just came by…picked up the copies, fishing poles and also a letter (addressed to both of us) that came from the court today. I did not open it as Ken had just left…he doubled back and I met him at the corner of Lehigh and Shoreview…so, he now has all the items you needed for today plus the latest from the court. Jen
Sounds great. Thanks for the help.
Ok…thanks, talked with Ken…he is on his way over…said he would drop off the copies to you – he has a doc appointment…said the last two days were tough…I did offer to come to the office and pick up the fruit and drop off the rest…but he insisted he could come by here. I’ll give him 4 single-sided signed print outs of the Motion…will let you date; will also give him the fishing pole. Let me know what you catch. Jen
I’ll have to check around and get back to you…hang on to them.
Sorry. One copy for you. One for me. One for the court. One for the judge. One for the county. Five.
Single sided. Just the first three pages.
I did get the Bonner letter. Thanks.
Just one telescoping pole. I’ve got enough here to keep track of. I’ve got 34 inch jalousy window panes. Do you need replacements for cracked, chipped, sharp, or broken panes that length or shorter?
D: Should I print the Motion single-sided or double-sided? How many copies? J
I am home today. Trying to reach Ken to let him know that I can pick up the fruit when I drop off the paper and fishing pole(s). J
Where are you?
Here’s the info I believe you are looking for. Jen Trying to load attachment. I loaded it in your post. J
