Like Mother…
Posted on Sunday, June 21st, 2009 at 11:11 pmDW: Well, is this soon enough…I decided not to leave you hanging. Here’s one thing…the first thing I noticed that my Mother does…that I do, is ask a question and give the answer all in the same breath…for example: David, what would you like to drink? Water? Or, David, would you like to go to the store with me? Oh that’s ok, I can go by myself. Or, Ellen, what are you going to wear today? How about the blue shirt. You get the picture…I’m sure you took the picture a long time ago. So, this is something I am more aware of now…ask a question, then wait…wait for a reply. Well, my eyes are closing…now I am off to dreamland. I’ll work on responding to some of your earlier posts. JT
DW: I understand. Thanks for your honesty. I, too, started my day with the blog. Just let me know what you would like to do. JT
Gene-ifer: Science has come a long way in the last few years. There may be a cure for that now. It may be as simple as rearranging a few nucleotides. Meditation, however, may be a less expensive cure for hypervigilance. Detaching from the blog is the option for me. I am not kidding. This contact, as much as I want it, has unsettled my sleep. And when I woke – where did I go? Here. I need to plan my day now. Good day. David
