You’re welcome, David.
In anticipation of the judge agreeing to the motion, the first email to Mr. Morris (Monday morning) will say something to the effect that you can have full access to the house/aviaries on Tuesday June, 23 and/or Wednesday June 24 from 10 am to 5 pm. I’d also like to add every Friday through July (I know July 4th weekend is already set). from 9 am to 5 pm. Thought this might help you with finishing the flights, fixing the fridge and with whatever yard work, fruit sorting (or whatever else) you can do – which will help me, too. We can regroup with days/times for August as our schedule here will change a bit then. Sound ok?
Jen
Thanks, Jen. The motion you made today to permit us to go through Mike’s office rather than the court should help streamline arrangements for my access to the house. It was more than I expected. I’m happy. David
David: I’ll submit the motion today for you to be able to come by and pick up the eggs on Tuesday or Wednesday (your choice) of next week. I’ll take an early lunch and go to the courthouse then.
Jen
Jen: We need a court order permitting me to pick up the eggs. Please make that motion today.
Because the injunction prohibits third party contact, another option would be a motion to allow someone else to pick them up.
A motion of some kind must be made today; I need the eggs by Wednesday, and they must be removed from the nest carefully and transported in a warm brooder. I would like to do that. So, I prefer you request the court allow me to do that.
David
