Subtitles

Posted in Jennifer | No Comments »

JT: It’s late. Blogging with Ellen’s worn me out! It was so slow, and mellow, when I was blogging all by myself. There was time to add pictures, and music, and links to distant websites, and above all – correct my spelling. But now! Wow. I’d no idea it would be as fast and as furious as it was tonight.

Ah, well, the title of the blog is where I’ll start – wordsworth. Last minute, honest. Good, you know, but not something I thought alot about. I needed a new name that wasn’t about my experience. I needed a new name that was about what I hoped we would experience. And that isn’t in the title – it’s in the subtitle.

Share – Accept.

What I’ve been reading says physical violence is a form of separation, one that comes long after emotional separation, recognized or not, has become routine.

So, that’s where I start, addressing you; it’s likely, there’s long been an emotional separation, noticed or not.

According to M.J. Natishyn, emotional separation is avoided, or repaired, with intimacy, something easily lost. And intimacy is sharing and accepting.

This, on the other hand, this entry to you, so much closer than you’ve been in months, is not intimate, it’s not a sharing. It’s a hiding, a hiding behind ideas, and references, a shield of knowledge, to protect all my soft spots, all at once.

Nervous?

I am.

David

Neko: You found the User page. Very cool. Did you see that you can change your display name? You might give that a try. I have no idea what will happen.

A new plug-in’s been added that will notify you of any new comments to your posts.

Notice’s are sent to me by default. They don’t post automatically. The notice is sent to me. Then I have to log-in. Then I have to approve the comment. A little tedious. But it’s suppose to be a spam saver – spam comments are a blog problem, I gather.

Thanks for the posts. Can you just stay on-line for two weeks instead of going to camp?

John’s dad called me about the time the storms broke lose today, about the time you and Mattie were getting soaked, maybe. Ed is going to Deland Saturday early and needs a little help catching sparrows. Yep. Catching sparrows Saturday. For cash.

I am SO glad Lion King taught you to type!

I’m going to eat.

Hasta.

2 Seconds Later….

Ok I know its only 2 seconds later but i thought i would talk about what i did today in a separate post.

Today i went to Mattie’s. It wasn’t that hard to get her out of bed. All i had to do was tell her i brought my new CD i got at Hot Topic when we went shopping. I don’t think Iv’e ever seen someone wake up so fast. We listened to the CD. Then we asked her mom if John could take us to Barnes n Noble which he did. We stayed there for 3 hours reading. When Marie came to pick us up it started to rain. YAY!!!!!! When it was just raining lightly Mattie and I went for a walk around her park. We went under a bridge. More like “we almost slipped into the river trying to get to the bridge.” It started pouring n we got really soaked.

The End

P.S. I found myself a nickname, Neko. It means Cat in Japanese. Since my favorite animal is a Snow Tiger it seemed ok.

Schools out!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scream and SHOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before I discovered I could create a blog on the pocketprogram website, I began a journal in Microsoft Word. In fact, I began three journals: an Ellen journal, a Jen journal, and a Jen & Ellen journal. They were started on March 29th, three days after the first hearing on the injunction, when I realized I had to do what I could to stay in touch. It was the second week of May, after my first hearing on the battery charge, that I discovered blogging with WordPress. So, what I’m saying is obvious – I didn’t lose everything when I lost the original blog because about half of it is still sitting on my computer in three different Word documents.

It’ll take some time getting it all into the blog. And I’d rather do it as a blog, entry by entry, than load it all as one entry. That’ll give me a chance to read it over, correct the spelling, remember stuff I forgot, add links, etcetera. But I’ll start with your stuff, Ellen, so you can see most of it before you’re off to camp. So, anyway, what that means is the entire chronology of the blog will be off – the last post may not be the most recent, though the most recent will always appear at the top. Make sense?
